Weingut des Herzens in Neumagen-Dhron

At 8.30 pm we wanted to drink some wine at Ralph Görgen in Neumagen. There was still one table available. He indicated a little angrily that it was "Feierabend". In other words, he didn't feel like receiving any more people. And that at this early hour. Not very hospitable. We are not used to this behavior on the Moselle.

Friendly, personal service by the winemaker, the Rivaner 2018 tip that I drank. The small snack really tasty. On Sunday we were in the winery for the second time this year. Again, nice service, great wine (dry on tap) and steaks that are second to none. We'd be happy to do it again next year.

Nice wine bar at the beginning of the center, had fine wines. I really liked the WeiBburgunder! 🍷 the rosé is also well rated. fine!

We have already enjoyed our stays at the Weingut des Herzens several times. The very friendly service served delicious wines from their own production as well as a very, very tasty tarte flambée and lard bread. The nice atmosphere rounds off a visit. We would love to come back next year and are already looking forward to further visits.

Cool place in the middle of Neumagen, from cheap pint to affordable, fine wines. Small snacks invite you to linger. Great for a cyclist break, always happy.
